Requirement of protein in your body
The requirement of protein varies depending upon your body weight and daily activity. On an average one should consume 0.6 to 0.8 grams of protein/ pound of your body weight. For instance, for a person having body weight of 180 pounds need 108 to 144 grams of protein on a daily basis. The quantity increases for the bodybuilders, wrestlers and other sports persons.
